Mark Witty - Faculty - Mark received his degree in brewing science from Heriot-Watt University of Edinburgh, Scotland. Mark has been in the business for 20 years in the U.S. and Britain. He has held management and brewing positions in production, quality control, research and development, and brewpub startups. Mark has been Quality and Continuous Improvement Manager for Golden Pacific Brewing Co. in Berkeley, CA. Mark is currently 

Luke DiMichele - Faculty - Luke is a graduate of the Masterbrewers Program and the MS in Food Science, with a specialty in Brewing Science, from the University of California, Davis. Luke has a background in biochemistry as well as experience in the start-up and operation of five brewpubs. He is currently
